Choose Sign up and use your email address or your Google account. Then add your basics (gender, date of birth, height, city and languages) and at least one photo.

Your dashboard lists the remaining steps and your progress:

• About you: lifestyle, children, what you are looking for.
• Your ideal partner: who you want to meet and your deal-breakers.
• Love profile: a short guided interview about your values and personality.

Answer honestly: the more we know, the better your first match will be.

We only introduce people who are highly compatible with each other, so your first match can take a little time. We will email you as soon as we find someone highly compatible for you.

Update your photos, basics and preferences at any time from your Profile. Keeping them current helps us suggest the right people.

Turn emails on or off in Settings → Notifications. Every notification email also contains an unsubscribe link.

Who you want to meet reveals your sexual orientation, and you may choose to share your religion. We use this data only with your explicit consent and only for matching. You can withdraw it at any time in Settings: we then delete the religion information you shared, and your profile is no longer included in matchmaking.

Use Sign out in the navigation bar at the top of the app. On mobile, open the menu first.

Go to Settings → Delete account and confirm. Your account and profile, including your photos and questionnaire answers, are deleted. This cannot be undone. If you run into a problem, email support@ultimates.app.

We compare complete profiles. Most of the score comes from your questionnaire answers (values, personality, communication style, life goals); your deal-breakers filter out people who don't fit, and an automated assessment of profile photos is also one of the criteria. Details in the FAQ and our Privacy Policy.

As soon as we find someone highly compatible for you: we email you when a match arrives. We prefer to wait for the right person rather than suggest people who don't really fit.

In a conversation, open the menu at the top and choose Report user. Your report and the recent messages of the conversation are sent to our team for review, and the person is blocked for you: they won't be suggested to you again. A separate block button is not available yet. You can also delete a conversation from the same menu.

We don't verify identities, photos or phone numbers today. Take your time, never send money to someone you haven't met, and report anything suspicious.
